Senior TRO & Traffic Regulation Lead (Hybrid)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced Senior Transport Planner to lead the delivery of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) from inception to implementation. You will manage orders, consultations, objections, and reporting, providing expert guidance on TRO processes to transport, parking and highway projects.

You will work with colleagues, elected members, residents, developers and contractors, delivering compliant and effective transport solutions.
