Senior Trust & Private Wealth Associate | Jersey

We are working with a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Trusts & Private Wealth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on high-value, complex and international private wealth matters , advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and institutions.

The team has an exceptional reputation in the offshore market and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated work, including:

• Complex trust structures
• Estate and succession planning
• Wealth structuring
• Contentious and non-contentious trusts
• Multi-jurisdictional private wealth matters

We are looking for:

• ? 4+ PQE
• ? England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand qualified
• ? Strong Trusts & Private Wealth experience
• ? Experience from a leading onshore or offshore firm
• ? Excellent academics and strong technical ability
• ? Genuine interest in relocating to Jersey
