Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and prototyping of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly articulate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.
• Advocate for user needs and best practices in design throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
