Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of their digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless and delightful digital experiences, working entirely in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user research and best practices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design for a remote workforce.

Requirements

• Proven experience (6+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Experience working with Agile development teams and a clear understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills essential for a remote role.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
