About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing digital agency, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface design for a diverse range of client projects, from cutting-edge web applications to engaging mobile platforms. This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and directly influence the success of digital products, working collaboratively with development and marketing teams from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user satisfaction.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides for consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
