Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to join their growing team in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences across their digital platforms. This hybrid role allows for collaboration within the studio while providing the flexibility of remote work. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate, significantly impacting user satisfaction and product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a hybrid work environment.
