Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote product development team. You will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our cutting-edge digital products. This role involves translating user research findings and business requirements into visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver seamless digital solutions that delight our users and drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterations.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience with prototyping tools and conducting usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
