Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team, ideally based near Plymouth . You will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for their digital products. This role involves deep user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to bring user-centered designs to life. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio of digital products.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for remote teamwork .
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
