Senior Unified Communications & AV Engineer

Cognizant is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to join our Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services Practice in the UK. The role focuses on delivering L3/L4 UC/AV support across enterprise environments, including AV routing, conferencing systems, and room solutions.

You will work with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and other collaboration platforms, ensuring high availability, troubleshooting, and documentation.
