Senior Urban Designer - Placemaking & Masterplanning Lead

BPTW Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Urban Designer eager to shape towns and communities in London. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, create masterplans and design codes, and collaborate with Local Authorities to turn visions into deliverable projects.

You will coordinate project teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure high‑quality graphic communication that clearly conveys complex strategies to clients and communities.
