Senior UX Researcher

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior UX Researcher to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct user research studies using a variety of methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify key user insights, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate research findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product, design, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and integrate findings into the product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to represent user needs and advocate for the user experience.
• Present research findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, influencing product strategy and design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing research projects and methodologies.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with user research tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
