Senior UX Researcher

About the Role

Our client is seeking an insightful and methodical Senior UX Researcher to join their user-centered design team in Liverpool . You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing user research to inform the design and development of intuitive and effective digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, research methodologies, and the ability to translate findings into actionable design recommendations. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our client's products meet user needs and exceed expectations, fostering a culture of empathy and data-driven decision-making within the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research.
• Identify and recruit appropriate participants for research studies, ensuring diverse and representative user samples.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to integrate research insights into the product development lifecycle and advocate for user-centered design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field, with a strong portfolio of research projects.
• Proficiency in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with user research tools and techniques, including usability testing platforms and survey software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable design recommendations.
