About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and insightful Senior UX Researcher to join their dedicated product team in Bristol . You will be at the forefront of understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through a variety of research methods. Your findings will directly influence product design and strategy, ensuring that our digital offerings are intuitive, effective, and user-centric. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to champion the user's voice throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps based on research findings.
• Facilitate user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and focus groups.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies.
• Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in various research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working within an agile development environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from our Bristol office.
