Senior UX Researcher

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and insightful Senior UX Researcher to join their product development team in a fully remote setting. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing user research to uncover deep user needs and inform product design decisions. This role is critical in ensuring our digital products are user-centered, intuitive, and meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests, field studies).
• Analyze research data to identify key user insights, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product design and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and share research insights across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating research methodologies and impact.
• Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing various research methods (e.g., usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys).
• Experience with research tools and platforms for data collection and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying research insights to diverse audiences.
