Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Platforms

About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to spearhead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for their platforms in Reading . This role is central to understanding user needs and translating them into seamless, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that drive engagement and satisfaction. You will lead the design process from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital product designs.
• Expertise in UX research methodologies and UI design principles.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
