Senior UX/UI Designer (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote, product-focused team. You will play a critical role in defining the user experience and interface design for a suite of sophisticated digital products. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional visual design skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and product improvements, from conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is realized and user needs are met.
• Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle, driving a user-centric culture.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative design environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team .
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
