Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic creative team in London . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of cutting-edge digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate user needs and business objectives into seamless and effective design solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver user-centered designs.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and gather constructive feedback.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design and digital product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
