Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and user-focused Senior UX/UI Designer to join their growing product team in Sheffield . You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products, translating user needs and business requirements into elegant and functional interfaces. Working closely with product managers and developers, you will drive the design process from conception through to implementation, ensuring a high standard of usability and visual appeal. This role is key to enhancing customer satisfaction and product success within the Sheffield region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure brand consistency.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and evolving user needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of web development principles and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences in Sheffield .
