Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, remote-first creative team. This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end design process for a suite of cutting-edge digital products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs and design systems that ensure consistency and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful work.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design .
• Experience in designing for complex web applications and a solid grasp of front-end development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
