Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic creative team in London . This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the user experience and interface design for a range of innovative digital products and services. You will play a key part in shaping how users interact with our client's offerings, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs that meet both user needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviours.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language, including style guides, component libraries, and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and performance analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams and senior management.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design skills, with a focus on digital products and complex applications.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
