Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team in London . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of cutting-edge digital products, ensuring they are both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs into elegant design solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction. You will be a key player in defining design systems and advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing significantly to the company's digital innovation strategy within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final handoff, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems , style guides, and UI kits to ensure brand consistency and design efficiency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design expertise.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
