Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a talented and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define product requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Champion user experience best practices and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging UX/UI trends and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for design innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research methodologies and translating findings into actionable design strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively to remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
