About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface design for a suite of innovative digital products. You will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define product strategy and translate requirements into elegant design solutions.
• Work hand-in-hand with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide ongoing design support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization, advocating for the user in all design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• In-depth understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout.
• Ability to effectively communicate design rationale and present work to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working within a remote team environment.
