Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, translating complex user needs into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Present and articulate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful work.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with remote teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
