Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital product design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design aesthetics.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborating within development teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
