About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team in London . You will be instrumental in translating complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning designs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and ensure optimal usability and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design best practices throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong emphasis on digital product design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
- A strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful UX/UI design projects is mandatory.
