Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product managers to define user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
