Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing detailed specifications and assets.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design innovation and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design work for digital products.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on user research and interaction design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
