Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant design solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design best practices within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications across various platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
