Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and user-centric Senior UX/UI Designer to join their growing digital product team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to implementation.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of UI designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Experience working in agile development environments is highly desirable.
