Chattyvets in South Wales seeks a Senior Veterinary Surgeon / Clinical Lead to drive clinical excellence in a busy, RCVS-accredited small animal hospital.

You will lead a capable team, mentor colleagues, balance clinical work with leadership duties, and help shape the practice’s future direction while delivering outstanding patient and client care.

This permanent role offers up to 4 days per week, 38 hours, and a salary up to £75,000 depending on experience. Flexible working options available.
