Senior Veterinary Surgeon

Job Summary

Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for genuine career development and flexibility? Endell Vets, a small animal practice in Salisbury, is seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join an established team.

Role Details

• 20‑30 hours per week
• Typically 2 x 10‑hour shifts per week
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:00‑12:00 consultation only)
• No out of hours work
• Some sole charge responsibilities
• Flexible working patterns to support family life

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical veterinary care to patients
• Mentor and support less experienced veterinary colleagues
• Develop leadership and line management skills
• Shape and influence the future growth of the practice

Qualifications & Experience

Solid clinical experience as a Veterinary Surgeon; confident and supportive; experience mentoring junior staff preferred; leadership or line management experience sought.
