About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual effects, including particles, fluids, fire, smoke, and environmental phenomena.
• Develop and integrate complex VFX elements into 3D scenes using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with art directors and technical artists to ensure visual consistency and performance optimization.
• Optimize VFX assets for real-time rendering in game engines or interactive applications.
• Develop custom shaders and tools to enhance VFX workflows.
• Mentor junior VFX artists and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a VFX Artist , with a portfolio demonstrating strong environmental effects.
• Proficiency in Houdini, Maya, EmberGen, or other relevant VFX software.
• Strong understanding of particle systems, fluid dynamics, and simulation techniques.
• Experience with real-time VFX in engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Knowledge of shader development and optimization for performance.
• Excellent artistic eye and ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals.
