Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of visual effects production for assigned projects, ensuring artistic and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients to develop and refine the VFX strategy and creative vision.
• Lead and mentor the internal VFX team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Attend production meetings, location scouts, and on-set supervision as required.
• Manage the VFX budget and schedule, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Liaise with external vendors and clients to ensure cohesive and high-quality VFX integration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual effects supervision or a closely related senior role in feature film or high-end television.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-quality VFX work across different genres.
• In-depth knowledge of the entire VFX pipeline, including pre-visualization, on-set supervision, 3D animation, compositing, and rendering.
• Proficiency with industry-standard VFX software and pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, teams, and client expectations effectively.
