Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the visual effects team, providing creative and technical guidance throughout production.
• Collaborate with directors and clients to define the look and execution of all VFX shots.
• Develop and implement efficient VFX workflows and pipelines.
• Oversee the creation of concept art, storyboards, and pre-visualization sequences.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless integration of external VFX services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a VFX Supervisor or in a senior VFX creative leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality visual effects for major film or television productions.
• Deep understanding of all aspects of the VFX pipeline, including pre-production, on-set supervision, and post-production.
• Exceptional artistic eye, strong communication, and presentation skills.
