Senior Visual Merchandising Lead – Fashion, Home & Beauty

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Team Manager for Visual Merchandising to lead the VM direction for Fashion, Home & Beauty. You will work with the store management team to deliver the retail plan, creating layouts, displays and customer experiences that reflect the M&S brand and drive sales.

You will combine commercial focus with visual expertise, ensure safety and compliance across all departments, and coach teams to build capability and sustain a high-performance culture across the store.
