Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining high levels of inventory integrity.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures within the warehouse.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to the warehouse team.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate problems to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
