Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and productivity targets.
• Implement and enforce stringent health and safety policies and procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Manage stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
• Train and mentor new and existing warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role within logistics and warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, preferably in a distributed or remote setting.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
