About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer (Full Stack) to join their innovative technology team. This hybrid role, operating out of our Liverpool office, will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and features. You will work on challenging projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for clean code, and experience with modern web technologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web interfaces.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development .
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration in Liverpool .
