News UK is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of The Sun’s digital publishing platform. You will enhance the editorial experience, build robust integrations, and ensure the high performance of our WordPress-based CMS serving millions of readers.

You will own complex WordPress themes and plugins, implement secure authentication with SSO/Okta, optimise performance with caching, and collaborate across engineering, newsroom, and product teams in a hybrid London-based role.
