We have a new PERM role available for a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant to Lead Workday implementations for a mid-sized consultancy. Our client is a multi-award-winning digital consultancy, recognised for delivering impactful and innovative technology solutions across UK government departments. Role Description Lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements Configure and support key Workday modules, including: Core HCM Absence Compensation Talent & Performance Recruitment (desirable) Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities Provide guidance on best practices Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams Mentor and support junior consultants where required Key Requirements Proven track record of delivering 23 full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations Strong functional configuration expertise in Workday HCM Experience with: Business Process Framework (BPF) Security configuration Workday xehkeey reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) Strong stakeholder management skills, working with HR teams and business leadership Preferred Public Sector experience Experience with Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics Job Type: Permanent Location: REMOTE Salary: Negotiable (DoE) Start Date: As soon as Security Clearance: Must be eligible
