About the Role

Our client is seeking an inspiring and experienced Senior Yoga Instructor & Studio Manager to lead their vibrant yoga studio in the heart of Bristol . This dual role requires a passionate practitioner with strong leadership qualities to both teach advanced classes and manage the day-to-day operations of the studio. You will be responsible for cultivating a welcoming community, ensuring a high-quality student experience, managing staff, and driving the studio's growth and success. Key Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of yoga classes (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative) for different levels, demonstrating advanced posture knowledge and alignment cues.
• Manage studio operations, including scheduling classes and instructors, managing memberships, and overseeing front desk staff.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, fostering a strong studio community.
• Organize and promote workshops, retreats, and special events to enhance student engagement and revenue.
• Manage inventory of retail items, ensuring attractive displays and efficient stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the studio space, ensuring it aligns with the brand's ethos.

Requirements

• Minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from a recognized school; 500-hour or specialized certifications are highly advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching yoga, with demonstrated expertise in guiding students safely and effectively.
• Previous experience in studio management, operations, or customer service is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and social media to promote the studio and its offerings.
• Passion for yoga and holistic wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning.
