About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical SEO Analyst to join their thriving digital marketing team in Southampton . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth by optimizing website content and structure for search engines. You will conduct in-depth keyword research, perform technical SEO audits, and monitor search engine rankings and website performance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that impact search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content optimization and link-building initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), preferably as an SEO Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
