SEO Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead search engine optimization strategies for their online presence, working remotely. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans that increase organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support overall marketing objectives. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search engines. This is a critical role for an SEO expert who thrives on data analysis and strategic implementation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink audits to identify opportunities and threats.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with search best practices.
• Work with development teams to address technical SEO issues and implement site improvements.
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, report on key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Proficiency in analyzing website data and providing actionable insights using Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
