About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and analytical SEO Specialist to enhance their organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to their websites. This hybrid role involves developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure our client's online content is optimized for search engines. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of algorithm changes, blending remote work flexibility with collaborative office sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines (on-page SEO).
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority (off-page SEO).
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement necessary fixes.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar digital marketing role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Understanding of website architecture, HTML, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model , contributing both independently and collaboratively.
