SEO Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and analytical SEO Specialist to optimize their online presence and drive organic traffic. This fully remote role will involve developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website visibility, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure all digital efforts are search engine friendly and contribute to achieving the company's growth targets, all from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and user intent.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance and insights to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar search engine optimization role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and current search engine algorithms.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Experience with technical SEO audits and implementation of recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
