Service Administrator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers comply with new legislation. We are seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to join our growing team in our lovely office location.
About the Position
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking calls from new and existing customers
- Providing costs for servicing, emptying and breakdowns
- Scheduling planned and unplanned servicing and emptying work for Engineers
- Working closely with our external engineers to create quotations for additional work
- Upselling cash contracts to Direct Debit plans
Experience, skills and aptitude required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
