Service Administrator

A leading commercial vehicle dealer group is seeking a Vehicle Service Administrator to join their team in Cross Hands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to develop their career within a reputable and expanding dealership network.

Managing Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure seamless workflow Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers professionally Preparing job cards, service reports, estimates, and associated documentation Maintaining accurate service records and databases Raising purchase orders and preparing invoices Processing invoicing activities efficiently Liaising with technicians, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations Supporting the Workshop Manager with general administrative activitiesRequirements of the Service Administrator:
