Senior Service Advisor

Salaries & Benefits

• Salary: £30 000–£32 000 basic salary plus attainable bonus opportunities.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30–18:00; Saturdays 08:30–17:00 (rota 1 in 3).

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greets customers, handles bookings, arranges travel and delivers an outstanding experience.
• Workshop Liaison: tracks vehicle progress with technicians ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Communication & Sales: manages phone enquiries, updates customers and advises mandatory repairs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong IT/phone skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Location

Worthing (commutable from Brighton, Littlehampton, Chichester and Horsham).
