Service Advisor – Customer-Focused Auto Care Lead

Listers Group in Worcester is recruiting a Service Advisor for its Skoda dealership. You will handle customer greetings, book-ins, and coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to deliver a seamless service and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to upsell services. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with Saturdays on a rota, and a competitive basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £39,600.
